6.1962.0 The oil separator core is a high-efficiency core filter element specially designed for screw air compressors. Its main function is to thoroughly separate and recover the lubricating oil mist from the compressed air before it is discharged from the system, so as to continuously supply the factory with high-quality compressed air of high purity and free of oil mist.

Applicable Scenarios and Daily Maintenance Recommendations

1. Recommended Compatible Models:

This spare part is mainly used for some mainstream medium and large industrial screw air compressors of Kaeser, including AS, ASK and other series.

2. Replacement Alert Signal:

When the pressure drop indicator alarm on the air compressor control panel is triggered (usually exceeding 0.8 - 1.0 bar), or lubricating oil is visibly discharged from the automatic drain valve of the rear pipeline filter, it indicates that the separator element is clogged or failed and must be replaced immediately.

3. Supporting Replacements:

To achieve optimal filtration performance and extend the service life of the oil separator element, it is highly recommended to replace the air filter, oil filter and special compressor lubricating oil at the same time during maintenance.
