Manufacturing Process and Physical Properties

• High Mechanical Strength:

Mobile air compressors (used in outdoor mines, construction sites and other harsh working conditions) are subject to severe operating environments. This product is wrapped with a double-sided thickened metal mesh skeleton, which can withstand extremely high pressure differentials without folding, collapsing or perforating.

• Electrostatic Grounding Protection:

The filter element flange or body is fitted with special conductive strips that can continuously dissipate static electricity generated by high-speed gas friction, preventing safety accidents caused by static sparks inside the unit.

• High-adaptability Sealing:

Equipped with high-quality sealing gaskets resistant to high temperatures and high pressures. They are not prone to aging and deformation after long-term use and can effectively prevent gas bypass leakage.
