This assembly adopts a lifting-type structure with a large flange plate, featuring distinctive physical characteristics:

• Perforated Flange Plate: The top of the filter element is fitted with a large metal flange plate with an outer diameter of nearly 60 cm (597 mm). Nineteen 22 mm flange bolt holes are evenly distributed around it, which are used to fasten it securely to the flange face of the oil separator tank with bolts to guarantee a perfect seal.

• Bidirectional Anti-static Design: The filter element is equipped with conductive grounding metal strips to prevent fire or explosion inside the tank caused by static electricity generated from high-speed friction of oil and gas, delivering superior safety performance.

• Standard Airflow Direction: It adopts an out-to-in filtration mode. The oil-gas mixture enters from the outer side of the filter element, and clean air is discharged from the inner center.
