Part number 02250126-352 is the air/oil separator core for twin-screw air compressors (commonly used on models such as the LS32). Its main function is to efficiently separate lubricating oil from compressed air, reduce the oil content in exhaust air, ensure the quality of compressed air, and protect downstream equipment including filters and dryers.
High-precision Separation: Imported microfiber glass wool is adopted, with an oil-gas separation efficiency of up to 99.99%, which strictly controls the oil content in exhaust gas below 3 ppm.
• Energy Saving and Low Resistance: The advanced Z-type pleated structure provides an ultra-large filtration area while maintaining an extremely low operating pressure drop, greatly reducing the energy consumption of the air compressor.
• Extra-long Service Life: Featuring a robust internal and external metal frame design, it delivers excellent pressure difference resistance and high-temperature resistance. Its service life can reach 4000 to 8000 hours under standard working conditions.
• Safe and Explosion-proof: Equipped with a flange electrostatic grounding conductive structure, it effectively eliminates static electricity generated by high-speed airflow to guarantee production safety at industrial sites.
Installationshinweise
Electrostatic Grounding (Extremely Critical): Due to the large volume of this oil separator element, high-velocity airflow will generate strong static electricity. During installation, it must be ensured that the conductive copper sheet/metal pin on the flange gasket maintains good metal contact with the oil-gas tank body. Otherwise, static sparks may easily ignite the internal oil gas and cause an oil tank explosion. 2. Seal Inspection: It is recommended to replace the matching flange gasket at the same time during replacement. 3. Return Oil Pipe Length: Check the oil return check valve and return oil pipe during installation. The return oil pipe must extend exactly to a position 1–2 mm above the center of the inner bottom tray of the oil separator element. An excessively long pipe will break the filter element, while an excessively short pipe cannot siphon the accumulated oil at the bottom, resulting in oil carryover in exhaust air.
