DB 2024 is an industrial built-in air/oil separator element, widely used in various industrial rotary screw and vane air compressors.

• Ultra-high Separation Efficiency:

Under standard operating pressure, the residual oil content of the exhaust gas after filtration is strictly controlled within 1 ~ 3 ppm, effectively protecting downstream precision equipment and pipe networks.

• Low Initial Pressure Drop:

Thanks to the premium filter media structure, the initial saturated pressure drop of a new filter element is only 0.15 ~ 0.25 bar at the rated pressure of 7 bar, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of the compressor.

• Electrostatic Safety Protection:

It is factory-fitted with high-performance NBR/SBR gaskets bonded with organic fibers and features a built-in safe conductive design. This effectively eliminates static electricity accumulation generated by high-speed friction of airflow and prevents potential spark hazards.

• Robust Pressure-resistant Structure:

The internal support mesh and flange plate are treated with anti-corrosion and high-strength reinforcement. Its collapse pressure reaches up to 5 bar, ensuring no physical deformation of the structure under complex working conditions.
