C3010007 is a high-efficiency built-in flange-type oil-gas separator filter element specially designed for high-power industrial screw air compressors. Widely used in aftermarket maintenance and consumable replacement of air compressors from brands such as Kyungwon and COAIRE, this product is mainly installed inside the oil-gas separator tank of the air compressor and undertakes the core task that determines the final quality of compressed air.

The main filter medium adopts multi-layer superfine glass fiber coalescing media imported from HV (Hollingsworth & Vose) of the United States or Lydall. Both the inner and outer sides of the filter element are fitted with precisely punched galvanized anti-oxidation carbon steel support frames. Featuring a robust structure and outstanding mechanical pressure resistance, the filter element can resist deformation, collapse or burst under sudden high pressure differential shocks and harsh working conditions.

The flange is equipped with high-quality fluororubber or composite gaskets resistant to high temperatures and oil corrosion, with built-in conductive static pins (static discharge devices). It can safely discharge static electricity generated by friction of high-speed airflow and avoid flash explosion of the oil-gas barrel caused by static ignition inside.
