DC3084 is a high-efficiency built-in flange-type oil-gas separator element (referred to as the "oil separator element") specially designed for industrial screw air compressors. Adopting internationally advanced coalescing filtration technology, this product is installed inside the oil-gas tank of the air compressor. Its core function is to thoroughly separate lubricating oil mist from compressed air. It can effectively reduce the residual oil content of compressed air and cut down system oil consumption. While maintaining a low pressure drop, it provides high-purity clean air protection for downstream pipelines and precision post-processing equipment.
